The Role: We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee project logistics, fleet dispatching, and supply chain coordination across our subsidiary brands. You will work directly out of our Carp Road office, acting as the bridge between our corporate strategy and our on-the-ground crews for Vanity Roofing, Apple Snow Removal, and Kingston Roofing.
Requirements: * 3+ years of management experience in construction, trades, or exterior services.
Strong scheduling and logistical skills.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset for coordinating with Toiture Gatineau.

The Role: Vanity Roofing is expanding our elite installation teams. We are looking for an experienced Foreperson to lead high-end residential and commercial roofing projects. Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Valid Working at Heights certification.
Valid G License and clean driving record.

The Role: Join our specialized architectural metals division. You will be fabricating and installing custom fascia, soffit, eavestroughing, and exterior aluminum cladding for premium builds. Because we control our own supply chain through Ottawa Aluminum Depot, you will always have the best materials on hand to execute top-tier craftsmanship.
Requirements:
Proven experience in aluminum bending, brake operation, and seamless eavestrough installation.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to clean, architectural finishes.
Ability to work year-round in varying weather conditions.
